Kenshi includes prominent features such as Custom Design, Freeform Gameplay, Single-player RPG World, Build a Base, Upgrades, and more. The player can purchase and upgrade his buildings to use a castle to avoid enemies when things go bad, or can use them to establish his business empire. During the gameplay, the player has to research new technologies and craft several gears using various items.
